Standard Snellen notation for acuity test used by optometrists, ophthalmologists, medical doctors and occupation health personnel for sights tests including aviation, marine, police and defence certification.
Made from semi-rigid, non-reflective, white plastic sheet with non-reflective black letters. Each chart comes with a set-up kit.
Letter sizes:
60/6, 36/6, 24/6, 18/6, 12/6, 9/6, 7.5/6, 6/6, 5/6. The letter size is printed under each line. The “DA” charts have an extra 6/6 line. The additional line provides a further check for patients that may have memorised the standard Snellen charts
This chart is available for test at 3, 4, and 6 metres distance from patient.
